    FAA Checklist for Supporting Aircraft & Crew Documentation

    After you receive our FAA Document Checklist, SOAC will assign and provide a Dropbox Folder for your aircraft and Flight crew documentation to upload all documents to your assigned Dropbox File for multiple files. For single documents, please use sales@rvsmcompliance.com and include your company name and aircraft registration number in the subject line of the email. Examples of supporting documentation: TCDS/STC/SB/ASC documentation, RVSM Height Monitoring, Airplane Flight Manual Supplements, Crew training certificates, MMEL/MEL (if applicable).

    Agreement

    Operator understands the duration of the FAA LOA or OpSpec Application approval process through the FAA depends on each FSDO's or IFO's workload and should be verified by contacting their FAA regional office.

    Operator understands that Flight Operations are prohibited in International RVSM Airspace, International Oceanic, and International SAO Airspace, until the LOAs/OpSpec are received and signed by the operator from the FAA or CAA.

    Operator understands that the FAA Responsible Person designated on this form must be the first and only point of contact for the FAA. Any technical questions or changes to the any manual requested by the FAA can be directed to SourceOne Aviation Compliance until the LOA or OpSpec's are issued. SourceOne Aviation Compliance will assist with any questions or changes requested by the FAA/EASA or Regulatory Agency on a continuous basis until the Operator receives their LOA or OpSpec's. Operator understands that due to the time-sensitive nature of each program and LOA/OpSpec request, after receipt of manuals and FAA correspondence package, the manual(s) and LOA/OpSpec application(s) must be submitted within 10 business days to avoid any additional charges. Operator understands that they must verify the certification level of navigation capability in the AFM prior to submitting this online form for SAO Airspace authorizations other than RVSM. Operator understands that their FAA Approval is guaranteed as long as the Aircraft and Flight Crew Meet the FAA Requirements for the authorizations applied for.

    Operator understands upon operator receipt or FAA/EASA that each FAA/EASA program and LOA/OpSpec currency is guaranteed for 90 days. After this time period expires revisions at additional costs may be required.

    By submitting or signing this application, you authorize SourceOne Aviation Compliance, to prepare LOA or OpSpec application documentation for the aircraft listed above, and agree to our terms & conditions. The normal charge for each Manual and service (including support throughout the approval process) is due at purchase and as listed here and on our Purchase Manual page. Clients with custom LOA or OpSpec Programs can disregard the pricing below.

    IMPORTANT

    Client agrees to follow Instructions from SourceOne Aviation Compliance as they relate to FAA LOA/OpSpec Applications and Electronically ADOBE Signing Documents.

    Upon receipt of all required, current, and correct FAA Documentation, with the exception for 14 CFR 135 Operators or Custom Fleet or Multi-Aircraft Programs, After all current, and correct Client, Pilot, and Aicraft Documents are received, SourceOne Aviation Compliance agrees to complete the RVSM Program Manual application package within three (3) business days of receipt of the completed application form and all FAA/EASA required supporting maintenance documents pertaining to aircraft systems. Aircraft RVSM, Oceanic & International Operations Program Manual with NAT-HLA/RNP 1, 2, 4, & 10/B-RNAV-RNAV5/P-RNAV, Oceanic & International Operations Manual three to four (3-4) days. General Operations Manuals are processed within (2 or more) business days depending on workload and level of customization. FAA MMEL Compliance Programs add 1 day to completion time. Digital Manuals are provided on request after the signed distribution agreement is received and after the FAA or EASA LOAs are issued. All paper Manuals ship via FEDEX.
